Lead interactive art direction, UI/UX, and design for vw.com across all of the sites including migration to HTML5, global navigation redesign, product section redesign/optimizations, scalable dealer site system and a redesign of the interactive car configurator. I worked closely with UX, design, development, external imaging partners, and the client. Measurable results included an improved JD Powers rating, SEO and increased customer engagement times.
