Design direction and product strategy for the 0︎︎︎1 development and launch of Intuit Assist, a flagship generative AI agent embeded across Quickbooks, TurboTax, and Mailchimp. I led the branding + identity, product strategy, and visual systems integration, defining the visual expression of Intuit’s first ever integrated product feature as part of a long-term effort to boost platform awareness. I also built consensus with product and design systems teams across subbrands to further define the visual and behavioral traits for their individual context.
